Peace Blood Ceremony in Kerand Gharb According to the Public Relations of the International Peace House Institute: This morning, a peace blood ceremony was held in Kerand Gharb city of Kermanshah province in the presence of Dr. Seyed Amin Nourbakhsh, Ambassador of Peace and Secretary General of the International Peace House Institute, Mr. Seyed Farzad Afzali, Head of the Western Religions and Sects Working Group, Mr. Mohammadi, Head of the General Directorate of Prisons in Kermanshah province, and Eng. Kianoush Jamshidi Farhang, Secretary General of Kermanshah province, Ilam (Dr. Karzani) and Gilan Gharb Bahram Khan Shirzadi, at the Tekye and shrine of Pir Binyamin in Kerand Gharb city. The surviving relatives of Seyed Ali Zare, who was murdered 5 years ago in a tragic incident, today, with the mediation and intercession of elders, Sadat, Ambassadors of the Peace House of Kurdistan and Kermanshah province, announced their consent without taking blood money, and the murderer was pardoned by the family of the living Zare. History will not forget this bravery. In this ceremony, speakers on peace and reconciliation presented their speeches, and at the end, a certificate of appreciation from the International Institute of Peace House of the Country was presented to the respected Zare family by Dr. Nourbakhsh.
